Rhina Roberts concentrates her practice on real estate and secured financing.
She represents financial institutions in all aspects of commercial real estate
financing, including subordinate debt, asset management matters, bridge and
construction loans. She also has significant experience representing lenders in
multifamily housing transactions.
Ms. Roberts has managed all aspects of closings on multimillion dollar
property acquisitions and dispositions; represented owners in complex
commercial portfolio sales; represented borrowers in restructuring multiple
tiers of debt financing; and represented lenders in workout insolvency issues
and analysis of multiple partnerships, guarantors, and financing structures.
She frequently writes and presents on industry developments and real estate
law. During law school, Ms. Roberts served as an associate editor for the
Howard Law Journal.
